2.2.9 Choreographies and pantomimes

Pursuant to Art. 2 para. 2 (h) CopA, choreographies and pantomimes can be protected by copyright if they are intellectual creations with an individual character and are perceptible to the senses as specified in Art. 2 para. 1 CopA. It is not decisive that the choreography or the pantomime will be recorded; a work that is only performed live also enjoys copyright protection.
